All tickets are guaranteed seating and non-refundable. All tickets are distributed on the day of the show at the Will Call desk which opens one hour prior to curtain. We cannot guarantee that any walk-up seats will be available for a given performance on the day of the show or that adjacent seats remain. TCPB accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover at time of reservation. You may also pay by cash or check at the door.

TICKET POLICY

REFUND POLICY:
* All ticket sales are final.  
* No refunds will be issued for any reason including but not limited to 
  cancellations or non-attendance.
* Theatre Company cannot re-sell any patron's pre-purchased tickets for the
  purpose of reimbursing the patron for the amount of the ticket.  However, 
  prior to the start of a performance, patrons may donate unused tickets back
  to the on-site box office for the purpose of re-sale.  All monies collected
  by Theatre Company for the re-sale of donated tickets remains the property
  of Theatre Company.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
  For any ticket sale to be considered for an exchange, one or more of the
  following conditions must apply and any exchanges will be issued solely at 
  the discretion of the Executive Director.  

* No ticket exchanges will be issued for non-attendance to a sold-out performance.

* Should an emergency result in non-attendance for a performance that was not 
  sold-out, tickets may be exchanged for a future performance of the same 
  production (if available) for an additional Non-attendance After Performance 
  (NAP) Exchange Fee of $5.00 per ticket.

* Should an emergency require cancellation of tickets purchased for a performance
  that has not yet occurred, tickets may be exchanged for another performance of
  the same production (if available) for an additional Re-schedule Fee of $2.50 
  per ticket.

TICKET FORFEITURE:
  Any pre-sold tickets not redeemed by 10 minutes after a show has started will 
  once again become the property of Theatre Company and may be sold to any standby
  patrons.  All monies collected by Theatre Company for the sale of the forfeited
  ticket/s remains the property of Theatre Company.

  No refunds will be issued for forfeited tickets.

  Late arriving patrons who have forfeited their tickets may be seated for that 
  show in any remaining seats available.

  Any request for exchanges of forfeited tickets are subject to the same 
  conditions listed above in our Exchange Policy.
